Cottage 45° South

The location was excellent, close enough to Te Anua however still out in the country. The cottage was a delight, 2 large bedrooms with separate ensuites. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The front deck overlooking the pond was a great place to spend the evening. The cleanliness of the cottage was excellent. Our host Ian was friendly and communicated well with us before and during our stay, while not being intrusive.

There was nothing not to like, we just wished we could have stayed longer.

Very pleasant view across a pond to mountains in the distance. Lovely huge sun drenched deck. All the amenities we needed and more. Beautifully decorated and spacious layout was perfect for 2 couples. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A warm welcome with the fire already set and going as there had been an unexpected cold snap in the weather. Very friendly host. Close to town. An ideal spot which we loved staying at.

Everything about this place is 10/10 Location, comforts... so good! Host is nice and friendly. Supplies in kitchen are great, milk in fridge. Fire started for us on both days by host.

We loved the location and the views, and the serenity of the property. Wonderful to meet our host Ian and share stories. The property was immaculate and very homely. Great to have the 2 ensuite bedrooms either side of the living area, which gave good privacy for us. Had everything we could possibly want/need for our stay. Would love to come back here again one day. A credit to it’s owners.

Very comfortable and well equipped.

We were 2 couples (brothers + wives) This was such a perfect setup for us with each couple having a bedroom/ensuite "wing" with a well equipped kitchen and living area in the middle. Super clean, super comfortable. The best shortbread (on arrival) which we inhaled in 5 seconds! with a cup of coffee!!!😆 Perfect as a base to see Milford Sound. The views (and night sky on a fine night) were spectacular. Thanks for having us Ian - we really didn't want to leave!!!!😉😃 A tip for dinner options : can recommend the Thai Anau.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. If we could've hitched your wee cottage to the back of our car we wouldve taken it away with us!!!😉😆

这是全南岛住下来，我们觉得设施最满意的房子。房子设施都很新，很先进。非常不错。 离蒂阿瑙城区有一点点距离，但开车很方便，丝毫不影响旅行体验。 这风景非常美，门口就是房东的小池塘，还能看见远处的雪山。
