Check-in and check-out were convenient. Location is strategic at the heart of Kota Kinabalu where most of the places are at walking distance.

The management should check room first. The sink in the toilet drained really slow. Breakfast can be more variety for those who are staying for more than three days.

The TV and the bed

The stay was quite disappointing. Many things were damaged — the walls were peeling and had a lot of stains, and the floor was also in poor condition. Walking on the floor made the bottom of my feet dirty, which was really uncomfortable. The only things I was satisfied with were the bed and the TV. The bathroom was clean, but unfortunately it had a strong unpleasant smell. Overall, the place needs better maintenance.

Location was good, as well as the view, that was about it.

Kitchen not stocked, missing virtually everything. E.g. only had one bowl. Didn't even have a tea towel. The apartment was falling apart, skirting boards off walls, paint falling off, bathroom light hanging by the electrical cable, floor in disrepair. Only a bar fridge for a kitchen??? The beds were very worn out. Even all the remote controls (fans, tv, aircon) had flat and/or corroded batteries. Only 3 chairs for a dining table with 5 guests. Honestly, the place was a dump. The 'private' pool was loaded with non-guests who had snuck in, swimming in full clothes. No room for the actual guests. Only took a couple of photos but could have taken many more of the state of the room.
