In cafe on ground floor but was not great and not much choice.

We needed two room keys for four people as we all had to go out together to lock the room and use the lifts. Very noisy from buidling work nearby. The whole development was not finished and many shops were empty.

I like the view and also the homestay itself

No car parking... Need to pay for parking and its expensive. No knife in kitchen. No pots and pan.

We can see the mountain and sea views from our unit.

The interior design of the apartments ,and everything is beyond my expectation..easy checkin instruction and easy to park ur car also..surely very recomanded.

Should check on the bed and mattress ..there's sonme of the mattress is uncomfortable. It's a bit old and sinks in.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and responsive in WhatsApp. The staff even helped to get me an early check in as I was travelling with senior citizens. Location is good, near to Suria sabah mall.

The room was not clean, their mantainance was below average, toilet not cleaned properly, there were still crumbs on the table. Air cond had fungus growing beside it. When I booked initially, they mentioned free breakfast included, when I checked in they said they will only provide 2 coupons when the booking was for 3. So I explained to them that my booking of for 3, the staff at the counter say we only provide 2 coupons for per room, I was puzzled. So I made a complain to booking. com and told them that I have already complained. They then provided the extra coupon saying it was a misunderstanding. Certain things can be mentioned in the pre booking also, like the parking charges, they only mentioned rm1 for the first hour.. but then via whatsapp they mentioned subsequent hours will be rm 2 and the whole day will be rm 15 if I am not mistaken.
