Solo ed eaclusivamente la posizione ma in nel centro storico ce ne sono tante di strutture come e migliore di questa e, spero, il cui host sia gentile come chiunque dovrebbe esserlo con un'altra persona e, soprattutto, con un cliente

Appartamento sporco, pieno di polvere e capelli ovunque! Quando sono arrivata l'ho fatto presene all host, un certo Sig. Marek al quale ho amche specificato di essere un soggetto allergico ed asmatico per cui avevo difficoltà a stare in un apaprtamento dove c'era polvere ovunque tanto non sapere dove appoggiare nemmebo un asciugamano! Ma il Sig. Marek guardando la foto che gli ho inviato mi ha risposto dicendomi che era solo un capello e mi hanintimato di cancellare la prenotazione. Al che gli ho risposto che non potevo farlo perchè npn avrei saputo dove andare e che riachiavo di rovinare il week ens ancbe a chi era con me. Lui mi ha risposto che se non l'avessi fatto io lo alvrebbe fatto lui " I'll cancell it!" A quel punto l'ho pregato di non farlo, mi sono addirittura scusata per averlo disturbato assicurandogli che mon lo avrei disturbato più! Dopo varie "preghiere" da parte mia ha deciso di non cancellare la prenotazione. Quanto accaduto è gravissimo e quindi consiglio di stare lontano da questo posto se non volete rovianrvi la vostra vacanza a Gandak. Se a questo, poi, si aggiunge l'imsoppprtabile, fetida puzza di fogna che da bagno si espande per l'ntero appartamento, lascoo a Voi le conclusioni

Location was in the old town. 20 minutes walk from the main train station. Nicely renovated one bedroom apartment. Modern and spacious.

4 flights of stairs to access the apartment, with NO Elevator. This is NOT a two bedroom apartment. One main bedroom, with a 2.5 seater lounge/settee in the lounge/dining room, which is being advertised as the second bedroom. This is the living/dining room and does not have a door that you can close. The bedroom bedframe is low to the ground with a very hard uncomfortable mattress. The bed squeaks if you move. The pillows are cheap and too soft. Only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, for two people, with no extras to replenish. The entry to the property is not on Grobla III, only accessible from the same street as the property car park. This is not explained by the host. You can hear all the noise from the stairwell corridor, doors slamming, people talking etc. There are no blackout curtains, so the light from the street and park lights blare into the apartment all night, in the lounge and main bedroom.
