Avium Old Town Apartments

A beautiful apartment, very well appointed with modern technology, I especially loved the radio in the bathroom. It was bright and light, with a very comfortable bed and it was in a very nice area with good reataurants, cafes and bars neaby, and a very short managable walk to the Old Town. It was also very secure, and travelling alone, this was very important to me. I had an issue with lack of hot water, and the Sleeping in Krakow staff dealt with it exceptionally well and really looked after me.

The instructions could have been a little clearer on finding the apartment, I went in the wrong door initially and couldnt locate the apartment, it took me some time to realise it was all the way through the courtyard, and to locate it as there were lots of doors and very little wayfinding.

It was in a perfect location in the old town beside gorgeous restaurants and close to everything.

It was a perfect place to stay, everything was great, the location, the beds, the ambiance in the apartment, the facilities, easy check in/out, the communication with the host. Definitely a place to come back to.

Great location, very clean room, great service.

Had to re set the wifi router almost every day as the wifi kept loosing connection. Door was quite stiff to unlock.

Perfect location. Very clean and warm.

It would be better if they change our towels every 2-3 days.
