Lokalizacja.

Przede wszystkim bałagan. Pajęczyny wiszące w każdym rogu. Grzyb w łazience. Syf. Wstyd takie coś wynajmować. Do tego upierdliwy właściciel który przed zakończeniem wynajmu pakuje się do mieszkania aby sprzątać. Porażka.. EDIT: To, co Pan wynajmuje, to po prostu wstyd. Dodaję zdjęcia, bo trudno uwierzyć, że coś takiego jest oferowane – to absolutna kpina.

We were looking for a place near the metro, for quick travel around Warsaw, and stopped in the Kabaty area, not far from the A2 motorway. The area is chic, quiet and beautiful. The apartments are also excellent, there is everything for a comfortable stay, plus your own place in the underground parking. Feedback from the owner was fast, everything was explained well. A little creaky bed in the bedroom 🙃

Dobra lokalizacja, brak potrzeby interakcji z właścicielem, wszystko rozpisane w wiadomościach, samodzielne zameldowanie, odbiór pilota, mieszkanie na kod. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne :)

Lokalizacja, garaż podziemny w cenie. Miszkanie ok, funkcjonalne.

Dość zużyte wyposażenie. W łazience widoczny grzyb i śmierdzi świeżym silikonem. Mieszkanie miejscami nie doczyszczone.

Apartament przyzwoity, przestronny, dużą zaleta jest podziemny parking. Procedura odbioru kluczy dobrze opisana, należy dobrze ją zrozumieć ;)

Jedynie materac w sypialni powinien być twardszy ;)
