Atrašanās vieta klusā rajonā blakus metro stacijai un autobusa pieturām: ļoti ērti nokļūt līdz pilsētas centram. Blakus kafejnīcas un veikali, var pasēdēt kafejnīcā, kā arī nopirkt visu nepieciešamo 1-10 minūšu gājiena attālumā. Dzīvoklis tīrs, kārtīgs, ar visu nepieciešamo. Iekļauta bezmaksas slēgta auto stāvvieta. Ļoti laba komunikācija ar naktsmītnes pārstāvi.
