Lokalizacja blisko rzeki

Cena bardzo wygórowana jak za standard ,,PRL" stare kanapy, stara kuchnia, brak zwyarki, kuchenka gazowa, zatykający się prysznic. Ogólnie nie wiem o co chodzi w OPOLU że tak się ceni w porównaniu do całej reszty Polski która w niższej cenie oferuje bardzo wysoki standard. Chyba nie chcecie zachęcić turystów do odwiedzania waszego miasta
