The gentleman who helped me did his best to sort out my check-in.

That the person who should have been in charge was not present and all assistance was provided by telephone to a person who was not aware of the reservation.

Clean, good location, but doors don’t have noise isolation and whenever someone opened a door next to ours it could be heard very loudly waking me up during night times, beds a bit uncomfortable.

Good central location and very reasonably priced. It was quite private despite being able to hear other people through the walls during the day because at night it was extremely quiet and there was no noise in the building and the street outside was also quiet which is a bonus for such location. The windows overlooked a courtyard so during the day I could have curtain opened to enjoy the daylight without having strangers looking in which was great. I visited in the winter but the place was very warm and I was able to control the thermostat in my room and turn it down a bit when it got too warm. The duvet was quite thin so I was worried I could be cold at night but it was lovely and warm so I was very comfortable. I had a good experience overall.

The decor was a bit outdated however it was kept in good repair and clean so I was still happy.

Price. Very close to the train station. 10 min walk

No oven in my room.

Decent location. Couches and bedding were all comfortable.

I had some difficulty with the shower door. It did seem like renovations were going on in different apartments, so I'm guessing that this one will also be renovated at some point.

A little bit old renovation, not so close to the center but it definitely worth its price. Excellent choice for a night in Opole
