Ruhige Wohnanlage, geräumiges Appartement mit einfacher Ikea-Einrichtung. Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit am Gebäude bzw. in einer nicht weit entfernten Tiefgarage hinter dem nächsten Wohnblock. Haus und Hof sind für Fremde nicht zugänglich, man fühlt sich sicher. Freundliche Nachbarn! Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, gute Anweisung zum Check-in und Check-out.

Zu wenig Besteck in der Küche (4er Set), dieses unter dem Backofen schwer auffindbar untergebracht. Utensilien wie Spüllschwamm oder Lappen nicht vorhanden. Im Bad sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren (feuchte Wand neben der sehr kleinen Dusche, Betätigungstaste der Klospüllung defekt). Restmüll der vorherigen Gäste wurde vergessen zu entsorgen. Fußboden im Appartement war nicht sauber. Ein Infoblatt zur Lage von Abfallcontainer und Tiefgarage würde das Suchen ersparen. Auch generelle Infos (Notarzt, Apotheke, oder wo bekommt man Pads für den Kaffeeautomaten) hätten wir begrüßt.
