The apartment was close to the centre with a gate to the grounds and a PIN to enter both the gate and the main door. It looked modern. I liked the proximity to the city centre.

We were given a different apartment from the one I booked, this was 8 marca 41 and the garage was 31 Stycznia 15 where the apartment was supposed to be. The washing machine broke while washing our clothes and the clothes were stuck inside. Someone came the next day and put them in the shower as they were soaking wet and took the machine away. I wasn't happy so they offered a laundry service the next day. When the clothes came back one sock was missing. Another problem was that the shower sometimes came off the wall.

The apartment owner was VERY quick to respond every time we sent a message and arranged for us to stay an extra night when our return flight was cancelled. She was extremely friendly and we felt she truly cared! We absolutley loved the check in procedure: (ie, door code to enter apartment building sent to us on arrival day, apartment door keys in lock box, remote to underground garage left for us in the apartment key to garage). The building itself was a little hard to find at night in a snowstorm as trees were covering the # on the building but once we found it, the check in procedure couldnt have been smoother. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

As others said, the shower is quite small but that really wasnt a major problem for us. The frying pan was in good shape, as were the coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven, but the 2 pots were pretty beaten up (the non stick surface on one was badly scratched/almost peeling). Again, this is not a reason that we wouldn't come back or recommend to others but a new/clean pot or 2 would have been greatly appreciated as we made almost all meals in the apartment.
