Prestigious Main Square Apartment

Apartment was a short walk from the main square which was a really convenient location. Apartment was a studio apartment but was big enough for 2 people.

It was quite awkward to find when we arrived. as it was down a lane. We had to call the property owner to get assistance. The entrance is at Cruising Krakow and you go right through as far as you can go, there is a bike rental shop there and the entrance to the apartments is round to the right of that.

Apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja.

Niestety nastąpiła bardzo nieprzyjemna sytuacja. Pomimo wcześniejszego ustalenia przyjazdu w godzinach 20-21, kontaktu z właścicielem nie było. Przyjechałam z koleżanką do Krakowa późnym wieczorem. Po kontakcie telefonicznym okazało się, że podany numer nie istnieje. Mieszkanie pomimo tego, że jest w samym centrum rynku, nie jest w żaden sposób widoczne z ulicy. Ani jednej informacji. Wejście na plac przez korytarz w którym jest klub. Z naszej strony wyglądało to tak — brak apartamentu, brak kontaktu z wynajmującym, środek nocy. Zdążyłyśmy znaleźć nowy hotel, kiedy Pan skontaktował się z dziwnym wytłumaczeniem (21:30). Wszystko skończyło się dobrze, ale ile nerwów nas to kosztowało to nasze. Nie polecam i niestety więcej nie skorzystam :)

Veldig sentralt

Helt annerledes enn bildene vi først bestilte etter. Fikk beskjed etter vi ankom at det var renovert. Men vi synes at standarden på rommet var blitt dårligere, fikk ikke beskjed om at rommene var annerledes. Eieren påstår at det var renovert til bedre stand og det er vi ikke enige i i det hele tatt. Og han løy til booking angående at han hadde prøvd å ta kontakt med oss for å gjøre opp, noe som ikke er tilfellet. Ikke var det info om utsjekk, vasking eller WiFi.

Vicinity to main square is excellent. Very handy for shops and restaurants. The apartment has been refreshed so looks very different (better) than website photos.

Other tenants or guests in building slam the entry door multiple times day and night. It's extremely loud. Was a bit tricky to find but once we got detailed instructions from owner it was easy enough. Couldn't find the clothes airer to dry our washing??

Location near main square

Noisy, entrance was dark and no lighting through dark sidewalk, no WiFi as advertised and hot water ran out after one shower. Pillows and bedding not fit for purpose.
