L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo, confortevole, spazioso, con una buona disposizione degli spazi, pulitissimo, vi sono tutti elettrodomestici,materiale per pulizie e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie...la posizione è strategica per andare in centro congressi a a piedi, per girare il quartiere Belem ed è a 2 min dalla fermata del tram che ti porta in centro città...i gestori molto gentili, all'arrivo mi hanno lasciato una bottiglia di vino, c'erano cialde per la macchinetta del caffè, buste di tisane varie e cioccolatini.....proprio ti senti a casa.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Lo consiglio vivamente.

집이 정말 깨끗합니다. 유럽 에어비엔비 여러번 이용해 보았는데, 지금까지 중 가장 깨끗하고, 시설이 좋았습니다. 주방용품들도 모두 거의 새것이고 깨끗했습니다. 침대는 새로 갈아준 시트로 향기도 좋았습니다. 학회때문에 이용하게 되었는데, 컨퍼런스센터까지 거리도 괜찮고 근처에 상당히 괜찮은 식당들이 있습니다. 몇군데는 미슐랭 식당들입니다. 아주 괜찮았습니다. 겨울이라 밤에는 조금 추웠는데, 알고보니 각 방마다 히터가 있었더라구요.. 밤늦게 도착한터라 미쳐 확인을 못해 다음날 알게 되었습니다. 첫날 춥게 잔것 말고는 매우 만족입니다.
