Apartamento en buen estado, cocina con todo el menaje y gas para cocinar, nevera con buen funcionamiento y limpia, la habitación es grande con camas aceptables aunque las almohadas eran incómodas, baño limpio y sin problema de agua caliente, salón grande con TV por cable, y terraza fantástica con hamacas y barbacoa, y además piscina comunitaria y garaje propio.

La verdad que no pondría ninguna queja más allá de las almohadas.

No le falta detalle. Bonita urbanización, con piscina y garaje.

Dated building and from outside looks run down . Building next door overgrown with weeds and doesn’t look inviting when you initially arrive . Bedding and linen low quality - towels were scratchy, old and discoloured grey. Pillows were made of foam and lumpy and disintegrating . Blankets also old Pool area - no umbrellas/ shade down there so brought down sun umbrella from upstairs but told off by security and needed to remove it as needed to use rental umbrella so that they were all matching . Seemed quite extreme given the overall dated appearance of the complex Apartment needs some maintenance - one of the windows didn’t latch so needed the blinds pulled all the time for security reasons to stop people coming in, plus sliding doors to balcony very difficult to latch which again was not reassuring for security of belongings

That we only got 2 toilet rolls and expected to buy our own

1) Check in can be smoother. When checking in, the staff at the reception was asking for an email from the managing team, which was not sent before hand, but when we asked while we arrived. 2) Lots of emails regarding different information, appreciated, but if the information can be sent out in one email to be efficient. 3) two nights stay but we were provided two rolls of toilet paper only, which is not enough. 4) balcony tables and chairs and benches are not ready for use, as they are dirty. 5) Two little bottles of shampoo and shower gels are not enough. We have paid more than 100 euros per night, I expect it to be better.

The description of the apartment complex and pictures of the units are accurate. The building is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, the bus terminal, the train station, and the grocery store. We walked everywhere (i.e., we did not rent a car). There is a farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday located close to the bus terminal, fruits & vegetables are abundant and the prices are extremely reasonable. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for 4 weeks. It's spacious enough for 2 adults. The neighbourhood was quiet during our stay. The kitchen is a bit small but worked out fine. I prepared and cooked meals for our entire stay. The old city center is very close and entirely walkable. You will find many cafes and restaurants in the old city center. You can pick up the boardwalk across from the fire station just outside the old city limits and walk along the ocean coast towards Porto Mos for some stunning views.

The apartment is large, lots of room inside and out. The kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. Minutes to walk to the beach and public transportation. Comfortable bed.

I feel that the pillows could stand to be upgraded. Also the addition of a full length mirror would be nice.

Great location, clean, fully equipped. Washer was a bit confusing but youtubed how to operate.
