T1 Condominio do Mar by Seewest

The condominium is located very close to the beach, old downtown Lagos, grocery stores, and restaurants. The condo has a good sized balcony and a small, functional kitchen (gas stove top, electric oven, on-demand HW heater, microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, sufficient supply of pots & pans, cutlery and dishes). The condo has a washing machine which is very handy for long stays. The condo is of sufficient size for 3 adults (4 adults would be a bit tight for space but it could work!) . The pictures of the apartment/condo on Booking.com depict the property exactly as shown. Attached are a few pictures of the beach.

The electric service is only 40 amps with circuit breakers. You cannot use too many appliances at the same time otherwise a circuit breaker will shut off (e.g., using the oven + space heater + hot water would cause the circuit breaker to shut off).
