"Great stay in Lisbon"

The apartment is big and has everything you might need. During summer time air conditioning in every room can definitely help. You can also enjoy the view on the city. Not far from metro station, also very close to night bus stop.

We had a problem with parking space, our car (Ford S-Max) was apparently too big for the one guaranteed by the description on booking. The stools might require changing.

"Superb"

This apartment is located on the 10th floor of a hill and offers a beautiful view of Lisbon. It is the perfect place for those who love to walk. You can easily explore the historical Alfama and the city centre from the apartment.

"Reasonable accommodation in Lisbon, except for frequent break down lift"

The apartment is spacious and clean with great view

The apartment is located at 10 floors, and the lift was broken throughout our 4 night stay. We have to drag our 2 big luggage from ground floor to 10th floors up and down and no help was provided despite of numerous feedback to the staff and booking.com Moreover, we were trapped with the staff during the first day we checked in for more than 20 mins.

"Don't waste your money on this "premium" apartment"

The girl who met me upon arrival, Jasmine, was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped and functional.

I was informed 5 minutes before arrival that the lift was broken and the apartment was on the 10th floor (4 flights of stairs from the entrance lobby). The lift was unreliable and broke a few times during our stay. The washing machine didn't work. When I enquired about this I was informed it had broken during the previous tenancy and they didn't know when it would be replaced. My parents had arrived from a 2 week cruise and I have a small child so this was a massive inconvenience and added expense to use a local laundromat. The TV remote didn't work despite me replacing the batteries at my own expense. I informed the host of this and they didn't respond. The shower is glitchy and turns from warm to cold to scalding hot randomly. The bathroom is small and the door is coming off its rollers and is difficult to open or close. The parking is on the first floor and in a garage but extremely tight, so don't bring a large vehicle! The location is at the top of a steep hill, so be mindful if you have mobility issues, a buggy or low level of fitness. Overall the facilities advertised were broken or not fit for purpose. The communication was incredibly poor - they provided four phone numbers and didn't respond to any of them. They would only communicate in the booking.com app and stopped responding when I complained too much or asked too many questions such as "when will the washing machine, which you advertised, be replaced?" I enquired about a part refund due to the key facilities (lift access, washing machine, reliable shower) being broken and was denied. We were extremely disappointed in our stay here.

"Pleasant"

The facilities in the room is really good. They have everything I want.

The location is a little bit far from travel spots and it also place in the hill which is a bit difficult to go with big lagguages.

The apartment itself we really liked. It was spacious and clean. The owner was also courteous and familiarized us with the apartment. However, caution is advised in the bathroom, as the door can only be opened and closed with great difficulty. We also parked our car outside the parking space offered by the owner, as their parking space was far too small and not suitable! After our departure, the owner accused us via message of having soiled a bath towel to such an extent that it was hardly usable after cleaning. We had to pay 24 euros for the damage caused. Besides the fact that 24 euros in damages for a normal, likely repeatedly used towel is very exaggerated, we repeatedly asked ourselves if the problem was our fault. When asked for a picture of the towel, the towel seemed to be in a terrible condition, considering we only used it for drying off. As a comparison, we were at the coast a few days earlier in another apartment where the owner provided white towels, which we even used at the beach. In that case, a complaint from the owner would have been understandable to us. Notably, that was not the case there, as we returned the towels in the same condition. We treat items in any apartment as if they were our own. Therefore, we were not only very surprised but also saddened that such misuse was imputed to us, especially since this had never happened to us before. At this point, we would have wished for some insight and goodwill from the owner because, as it should have already become apparent, it was not about the towel per se but about the attitude of the owner towards us. The owner assured us in writing that their business is not based on charging damage fees, but given the circumstances, it felt a bit like that to us. Despite this negative experience, which resulted from the lack of interpersonal consideration from the owner, we would recommend the apartment itself. For those who choose the apartment, we would advise bringing their own towels to avoid any unpleas

"All in all, not a good place to stay for your stay in Lisbon! Especially the ridiculous staff and deposit"

The apartment is actually but poorly managed and horrible communication with the team managing it.

The bad experience started with €250 deposit that it wasn’t common on booking.com (remember to ask for a receipt). The facility in the apartment was mostly poorly maintained but apparently they only care about money but offering a nice place that match the price. The best part is that the washing machine was flooding and leaking water as we entered the apartment. I immediately reported to them but they didn’t send anyone to fix it during those three days we stayed there.
