View above Lisbon. Close of city center, even on foot.

A litle bit hard to locate and pickup the key.

The facilities are good, the apartment is fully equipped for a family stay

The bathroom smelled terribly, even sickening, the floors are dirty, very loud handles on the bedroom doors, fixing need oiling. Only one elevator was in operation.

Everything is going well, very comfortable.

The parking is a little bit small.

The person greeting us was very pleasant. Comfortable beds and lounge area.The cooking area and aids were all very good as were the microwave and toaster.

Unfortunately the location of the apartment had did not suit us. The very steep approach made life difficult which I did not pick up at the time of booking. No mirror in 1 of the bedrooms, and one bedside light missing in the same room. The shower height was restricted so it could not be adjusted, and it was difficult to get a constant temperature while showering as it went from cold to very hot and back again in seconds. 3 people all had that problem. The area around the bins in the kitchen was dirty. The washing machine door needs attention as it is well worn and the door is drooping which made it difficult to close.

It was modern, efficient, and clean!

The parking spot included was great because we had a rental car, but needed a very specific way of parking to accommodate other residents, which we were not aware of until a couple of them told us.
