When, I was reserving the apartment, there was an offer for free transportation from the airport, later I found that it was conditioned "for availability", Still, apartment is easily accessible by metro trains.

Location, accommodation, the host.

The bathroom door did not close.

Very homely, comfortable apartment with good facilities. Lovely decor throughout - a particularly pretty breakfast-dining room with a balcony. Excellent, personal check-in. Good location with metro stations on different lines within walking distance and underground car-park nearby. For art-lovers, the superb Calouste Gulbenkian Museum is only 15 minutes walk away.

Lovely apartment, paulo pick as up from the airport and gave us a few tips. Had plenty to do in Lisbon. Love it.

Our host, Paulo picked us up at the airport, very much appreciated. Paulo also brought us a iron stand upon request.

However, sorry to say, the property did not meet our expectations. No lift, had to carry luggage 2 floors, very steep stairs. The apartment was not clean, the oven, the microwave and the shower were really dirty. The TV did not work at all. The one single bed-base is very flimsy, we had to re-arrange the planks underneath the mattress. The one room has no windows, no airflow or aircon. Only 1 wine glass available.

We loved the spacious apartment and the location is close to several grocery stores as well as being a short drive from the airport. The dishwasher and fridge were great as well as the cable TV. Beds are very comfy and the views are great from both the front and back windows.

We were on the top floor and had to constantly climb the stairs. Minor apartment repairs are needed for the two broken floor tiles in the kitchen as well as the main bedroom's doorframe lock, which ripped my clothing twice as I walked past too closely. Also a suggestion for a larger table in the balcony area.

Plenty of space, great to have a washing machine. Very clean and well prepared for us.

In the corridor its smell so bad that Even very difficult to breath. Bathroom floor was so bad and old. Toilet Seat was not ok. Stinky bathroom. I forgot to take the picture of bathroom. But its not Worth at all to hire this apartment.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The metro station is a 7minunte walk and so is the supermarket. Parking is a bit difficult since it is available only for residents. But there is a parking garage in the same building as the supermarket and the metro station (huge mall). It costs around €19/day. The host provided enough toiletries. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic utensils and the host also provided coffee pods. The house was overall clean.

When we met the host he was quite friendly and told us to message him if something was missing or anything was needed. So we messaged him that we had requested a crib for our baby and it wasn't there. He never replied to us nor provided us with the crib. The toilet seat was loose and not well maintained. The water in the bathroom after the shower did not drain quickly. It took at least 15mins till all the water had drained. This was a bit irritating, especially while taking a shower. The dishwasher was very noisy and disturbed our sleep. The gasket of the dishwasher was loose and kept coming off and needed to be attached properly before every use. One of the dining table chairs is loose and can break, but the host did not warn us. Overall this house requires some maintenance!
