Comfortable Central 2 Bedrooms Apartments by Great&Cosy

Great location - walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Great places to eat and drink nearby. Fresh bread next door and a supermarket not far away. Apartment was clean and had what we needed for a 4 night stay. Lots of hot water for showering. There was no heating which meant (February) evenings in the apartment were chilly .

Check-in is automated, keys are in the keybox outside the entrance. Flat spacious, kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle, they provided for free a couple of coffee capsules and some tea bags. The flat is quite, so you can have a good sleep and it is near the centre, so you can walk. There is a TV too in the living room. Price was convenient

Bedrooms were nice and spacious, plenty of storage. Good location

Bathroom had mold, shower components were broken, shower head was not working properly, exhaust fan was coated with dust and mold. Kit/DR no facial tissue provided, not even a quarter roll of paper towel, 1 dish towel, no recycling (or instructions on garbage/recycling) Poor supply of cutlery/serving utensils Refrigerator rather ancient (didn’t put food in as was suspect as to cleanliness) Living Room could not get tv to work. 19inch tv in as large a room was a joke. Sent message to property owner/manager response was “don’t forget to leave the 8€ tax on the table” No reference materials on working appliances, garbage procedure, local amenities, activities

Good location and apartment is comfortable. Has a kitchen, washing machine.

Blood on comforters was terrifying. On two different beddings. Get ready to Walk up a lot of stairs if you are on 4th or 5th floor. The hosts are very difficult to get a hold of.

Really noisy . Traffic and parties with loud music . Couldn’t get any sleep in the 4 nights we booked . Also was promised free taxi from airport. Had to pay 25 euro. Also Tv didn’t work and no air conditioning. Would not recommend

Big apartment with coffee and tea facilities. Location was perfect not too far from tourist sites. Great little bakery few doors down.

When we arrived to the apartment it was not cleaned by the cleaners from the previous guests. We had to contact the agent/owners which I thought they would notify us. It was ok as we left our bags and ventured out while it got cleaned. Didn’t bother us but it’s on level 3 with stairs.

Location perfect as we were there for the São João festival, and we were right in the middle of the festivities. The street is lively and there is a little wine shop two doors down as an added bonus. The apartment has a large lounge, two good-sized bedrooms and a clean efficient bathroom. Really nice place.

Nothing major but there was no iron. An ironing board, but no iron. In the general scheme of things, though, that was unimportant because the apartment is very well stocked with all other necessaries.
