3 piso sin ascensor, con unas calefacciones pequeñas que casi ni calentaban, los colchones, están para tirar .

El trato era muy buena y también la ubicación. La casa seguro sería mejor en la próxima porque la dueña está haciendo renovación en todo el inmueble.

"APARTAMENTO EN MALAS CONDICIONES"

La ubicación es excelente.

Es en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor. Escaleras empìnadísimas Las instalaciones pésimas: Impresionantes humedades, paredes desconchadas, el vater pierde agua, hay muy poca luz, fundas de los sillones con manchas....... No hay: jabón para las manos en el baño, papel de cocina...... y un extenso etc.

La ubicación y es amplio para viajar en familia

Es una pena no disponer de ascensor si viajas con alguien mayor, y un poco de menaje mas en la cocina, asi como disponer de material para la limpieza de ese menaje.

Localizacao do apartamento e da simpatia e disponibilidade dos anfitrões.

Faltou produtos de higiene na casa de banho, as mantas não são suficientemente quentes e são curtas. Relativamente ao mobiliario considero ser necessario uma renovacao visto ter sinais de muito uso. Tambem devia haver a substituicao das portas e janelas para o exterior visto estarem muito velhas e obviamente não isolam do frio e do calor.

La ubicación, se puede ir caminando a todas partes sin problema. Tiene un parking cerca a buen precio.

El estado general de la casa es regular. Paredes desconchadas, el wc perdía agua por abajo, escasa luz en las estancias y camas malisimas, muy duras. La limpieza era escasa.

"Appartement bien situé, équipements moyens mais acceptables pour quelques jours à Porto."

Très bien situé à côté de l’hôtel de ville.

Rue un peu bruyante. Une chambre aveugle.
