Location, 2 terraces, spacious.

Checkin was poor … code sent 1 hour and 15 mins after the right time. However they insisted to keep to the conditions for the checkout. ZERO customer service… the number they give as contact doesn’t work (they don’t answer at all) I had to call booking to get them to sort out the access code. Check in details not clear enough (and I travel a lot so I am used to following unsual checkin details). Apartment spacious, the 2 terrace views and space are great. But it is a noisy apartment … you can here the lift everytime is it used and the planes … so if you are sensitive to noise not the place for you. I believe (looking at the adjacent buildings) this wasn’t originally an apartment it was the rooftop utility room which they have turned into an apartment and actually have done it quite well. Although a mixture of modern furniture, very good good kitchen and utensils. It is a mixture of positives and negatives hence the middle score. Honestly if it had not been for the extremely poor checkin and customer service I would have scored higher. It could have caused anxiety and stress for less experienced or nervous travelers.

The apartment was a real surprise , it was very big and well decorated ... The towels were lovely The balconies will be beautiful in nicer weather .

The apartment building -sorry to say it wasn't nice from the outside On the stairs big holes in the wall to accommodate meters/ fuse boxes a poor 1st impression Location was OK but a little far away from city centre ( only €7 uber)

The apartment was clean with sufficient space. The staff was polite and responsive to our needs . There were some issues with the remote of the heaters but this was sorted to our satisfaction. The beds were very comfortable.

The door that opened to the terrace from the bedrooms didn't have clear glass and so the bedrooms didn't have a view and were dark. Some of the doorknobs were hard to turn. Parts of the kitchen floor, kitchen counter and bathroom counter show signs of usage and need to be spruced up.

Was made to feel uncomfortable from the moment my friend was helping me take my luggage to apartment to check in. Host was spying on me. Host implied I was having unapproved guest stay with me.

How cold and unwelcoming the host was. The horrible front door lock that took 30 minutes to get into. The towels were old and need replacement. Worst placed I stayed on booking.com

The neighbourhood, easy to get into Lisbon Centre.

The layout, noise from airplanes and elevator, no comfortable place to sit.

Very spacious, great location.
