Oasis Praia Carvoeiro Bay

Everything was very enjoyable. We enjoyed having breakfast on the second floor balcony and also on the first floor patio. There is a table and chairs in the back of the property but we did not use that area. View from bedroom and balcony on second floor was lovely.

This property is in a gated community and felt very safe. Very good for family with kids. We liked that there is a swimming pool. It was higher up on the hill and had a gorgeous view to the ocean and the town. And very close to the beach and the center of the town. Nice fish restaurant nearby. We did not coок in the kitchen at all, but it looked like all was actually absolutely enough for a family to spend a good time there. So it was all ok.

We did not meet the owners in person, we received the keys in a box, which was a bit discomfortable for us. But the owner was really very kind and helped us though we spoke only by phone.

Location, pool, view on the bay, close to the city center and restaurants. Clear instructions and good recommendations for restaurants.

Cleaning needs attention, owner had issues with cleaning company which led to one bed room which not made up properly(no sheets on duvet) and could not be resolved during our stay. Owner provided me with a 20 percent discount on rent which was fair. Other facilities which require attention are broken flush downstairs toilet and be aware to bring your own toilet paper because there is only 1 role in each toilet.

The location of this property is 1st class. High enough up to have an amazing view but close to town and plenty of restaurants. Very comfortable inside with 2 large bedrooms. Good air conditioning. Good outside furniture on the bottom patio, could make more of the rooftop terrace and 1st floor terrace with better furniture.

I can’t fault this property at all, we had a few queries during our stay and our host was very responsive and helpful, always available and quick to reply.

Beautiful place, with a pool and close to the beach. Easy check in and the hosts were very accomodating!
