Oasis Praia Carvoeiro Bay

Location, location, location! The townhouse is central to Carvoeiro, its beach and restaurants only a few minutes walk away, yet it is extremely quiet during the day and evening. Super outside patio space and pool area. Great facilities and a fantastic host!

Nothing, all was great.

This place was absolutely amazing - a 3 story condo/villa in a gated mini complex in the heart of Carvoeiro. Theres a rooftop, a balcony from the master bedroom, and a patio on the ground floor right by the pool. Post beach chill out, morning swims, sunsets, views, alll that!! Inside you have everything you could ever need for the perfect stay - the host thought of everything and more. Extremely clean, modern, spacious (can easily hold a family of 4+) and has a beachy/portugese vibe. The host was INCREDIBLE - accommodated an early checkin as we landed early, communicated throughout to make sure everything was okay, and provided all the directions you need for the property and town ( he sends you a whole PDF document - so thoughtful). Everything is walking distance, and you are right on the beach, with incredible views of this vibrant caved-in typical algarve beach. Carvoeiro is def a family town and not a party town. Its charming, low-key, clean, and homey. Albuferia is about 30 min drive, Portimao about 20. We had a car so we went out of Carvoeiro a lot, and having the garage included was a huge bonus. This place has it all and you cant beat the value. What a perfect time and memorable experience. Big thanks to Rodrigo for opening his home and being the bets host.

Location. Amenities. Comfortable seating. Wifi was very fast. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing, everything was great.

Great apartment equipped with everything you need. Carvoeira is a pretty little town with plenty of options for eating out. There are fantastic cliff walks to some beautiful beaches. Handovers were smooth and we had good restaurant recommendations from the management.

The apartment is simply great: spacious, very well equipped, clean, quiet and in a perfect location. The host, Rodrigo, is super available: he shared with us a lot of precious tips for our staying before our arrival and he was checking almost everyday if everything was going well and if we needed anything.

The location of the property was excellent with incredible views of the beach, town and bay. The property host, Rodrigo was exceptional. Every aspect of our stay was considered and he was on hand to answer any questions we had via text. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him and he even helped to assist us in arranging a replacement buggy for our 1 year old when ours was damaged on the flight coming over. He supplied us with a detailed list of recommendations for restaurants, shops and activities. We followed his recommendations like a treasure map and we weren't disappointed. The property is very clean and comfortable, as are the grounds and pool area. Even though we travelled in August the property wasn't overly busy or noisy.

There was really very little to fault and any limitations were not the fault of the host or relate to the property directly e.g. there is no waste collection area at the property to dispose of household waste and the nearest recycling collection points are in the town centre which meant a few trips down the hill to the town with bags of rubbish. There were bins for other domestic waste closer to the property. Rodrigo explained this in his information pack that he sent us beforehand! If you are travelling with small children consider that you will need a buggy as the property is located at the top of a steep hill above the town.
