am writing to express my concern regarding my recent stay at . Unfortunately, the accommodation had a serious bed bug issue. I noticed bites on my body shortly after the first night, and upon checking, I found clear signs of bed bugs in the bed and on the sofa. This made my stay very uncomfortable and stressful. I believe this issue needs immediate attention both for hygiene and for the safety of future guests. I would appreciate a refund and ask that this property be inspected to prevent this from happening to others.

The apartment is nice and spacious, and located in a nice district, close to the city center/old town. Very close to the Intendente Metro Station and Famous Tram 28 line, which made it really easy to explore the city and then go to the airport.

We visited Lisbon in December. When we came to the apartment, all heaters were off, and the temperature in the apartment was 16 degrees Celsius. Moreover, most of the heaters in the apartment were broken - so for the first two days it was really cold. This was a big problem for me, as I was travelling with my son and parents. It was very difficult to contact anybody regarding this problem - none of the telephone numbers that were given were working and most of my text messages were ignored. After I finally got a response with a promise that a technician would come and fix the problem, somebody did indeed come and turned on all the broken heaters (which of course did not help at all). Fortunately, after two days the apartment finally warmed up to the temperature of 21 degrees. Also, I have asked several times for a duvet cover (I had to sleep under a duvet without any cover), but nobody came until the pre-final day of our stay, when they brought pillowcases. Last but not least, the water in the bathroom/kitchen is warmed up by a heater but it did not work correctly so sometimes there was no hot water - only really cold water. No problem if you just need to brush your teeth, but a serious problem if you want to take a shower.

property manager was responding very efficiently. property was big and spacious.

The place was not clean at all.one washroom was not even functional no drain in shower .no extra towels.bed sheets and pillows smell very bad .Wifi was working sometimes only.over all I will not recommend this place.

Great location, very unique (in a nice way) layout. Overall, very pleased with the accommodations.

Property was lovely and it was very convenient for the main points of interest in Lisbon

Small bathroom was very grubby looking - lots of black and orange mould in shower. Also, it was in the middle of a noisy construction site - surrounded on all sides! No chance of a peaceful morning lie in!

Beautiful and fully equipped appartement on a beautiful location with good view in the centre of Lisboa. We simply loved staying there.

Great location, nearby to all kind of transport. The apartment has everything you can need , even for longer stay. It is spacious, super clean and really comfortable and the view is great. The hosts are helpful for everything.

Location and value for money

The beds were not comfortable, and it often felt that I had to repeat a lot of the things said multiple times when communicating with the host. We also had an issue with one of the rooms that we discussed with the host but they did not respond. Also there is one AC in the hallway but not in the rooms so it does get hot
