It’s an ok location, metro is nearby or walkable to Alfama or access the tram 28

The smell which eventually cleared once we opened the windows but it took 24 hours for it to really normalise; the big building works outside, not the property’s fault but if I’d known I might not have booked there.

The geographical location is the only positive point of this apartment.

The apartment is not really air-conditioned (coridor only). The only option is to open the windows because it is very hot on the 3rd floor in the summer and it is very noisy. In addition, there is a huge construction site around the apartment and the agency says that they are not aware of it (!) ... Nor are they aware of the air conditioning. They laughingly refer us to Booking.com. The uncomfortable beds, the worst sofa bed in history but above all the general condition (see photos). The bathroom door which does not close because the handle is broken, The only frying pan is unusable because it is so old and dirty, the same goes for the rest of the kitchen which is falling apart. The WIFI did not work (no help, except a text message telling us to open and close the device), we ourselves bought batteries for remote controls. The cushions and other blankets were dirty and stinky and that's not to mention the general smell of the apartment which smells like sewage. The worst is trading with WHOme AQ2, who are only there to make money and not to offer you the best experience. I should have read the comments because we too were tricked into paying for two towels that were supposedly stained! A stupid catch...

when we arrive the smell was irresistible in apartment but it disapierd after a good ventilation, the neighbour was not so friendly, the apartament is on upper floor, the bathrooms isnt was clean and the shower had a faulty drainage system, and isnt was enough hot water for shower. The wifi was not working, and the sofa bed was so unconfortable for us. Also the owner was so garbage, because small coffee marks on the towel and on the sheet and he expalined that did not come out with wash, even thought it hadnt been washed yet, so he returned less of the deposit.

The accommodation was spacious and well-located, with a cosy living room and bedrooms. It was also spotless, and there was a cute kitchen. However, the insufficient lighting created a slightly dark ambience.

The neighbour was not friendly; the apartment is on the upper floor, which made it difficult to carry our oversized luggage up the many stairs. The bathroom was clean, but the shower had a faulty drainage system, causing water to accumulate. The wifi was not working, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. However, the workers did provide a new hair dryer upon request, which was good. Unfortunately, the issue with the wifi was not resolved.

The main light in the living room is flickering and the door knob of the bedroom near the entrance is broken.

Our stay at the apartment was delightful. The spacious hall and rooms were welcoming, and having two toilets allowed us to take our time without feeling rushed. Its proximity to the metro made exploring Lisbon a breeze.

The only hiccup was maneuvering heavy luggage up the stairs. Despite the stair challenge, we truly enjoyed our time there!
