De locatie is prima, alles op loopafstand.

‘s Nachts veel lawaai vanaf de straat, geschreeuw en slaande deuren. Aan de voorkant een hele vieze lucht van het restaurant eronder. Helaas stond er een slechte, gammele eettafel, deze werd naar zeggen van de host gerepareerd, maar dat was niet zo.

Perfect appartement maar het zwembad was niet veel. Slechts 80 cm diep en smerig. Waarschijnlijk waren wij te vroeg in het seizoen.

Zie hierboven: het zwembad. Ook het straatje achter het appartement was een beetje vrouw onvriendelijk. Daar moet je wegblijven. Verder prima locatie. Dicht bij centrum en metro.

The pool was filthy. We paid extra to have accommodation with pool access but I wasn’t brave enough to go in because of how dirty it was. None of the inside doors of the apartment shut properly, especially the bathrooms doors. No towel hooks in the bathrooms so we just had to pile up towels. 1 AC remote for the whole apartment

El salón es amplio.

Faltaban algunos elementos como el secador, pero lo pedimos y nos lo pusieron.

Velmi se mi líbila lokalita. Pěšky kousek do města, k MHD a v okolí plno obchodů s potravinami a dlouhou otvírací dobou. Apartmán je prostorný, 2 pokoje, 2 koupelny, ideální. Předání klíčů i komunikace na jedničku.

Zápach z okolních restaurací je opravdu nesnesitelný, takže větrání nepřichází v úvahu. Ano, klimatizace je, ale čerstvý vzduch je lepší. Z druhé strany rachot z ulice (to by se přežilo), ale ne to kouření pod okny. Dost limitující. Koupelny už mají to lepší za sebou. Vana dost pobouchaná a skoro jsem se lekl že špinavá a sprchový kout nejde dovřít (chybí těsnění), takže plno vody po sprše.... takže není pak nejlepší nápad jít na wc v ponožkách. Těšil jsem se na venkovní bazén, ale ten vypadá hodně nevábně a opuštěně, takže..... :-/ Bohužel. Lokalita je ale perfektní, a tím to končí.

Logement impeccable, très propre. café et restaurant en bas. Emplacement hors du centre ville, donc calme même si quartier éloigné à pied.

Récupération des clés trop tardive (16h) il faut se débrouiller avec les bagages en attendant. Du café en plus, voire du thé ou des petits gateaux seraient un plus, surtout pour 5.

Location & price would be hard to beat. Excellent for a family of 4

Apartment it self was nice and clean. 👍 But it is not a building on the pictures. The entrance is between italian and spanish restaurants we could not find at first. We did no feel safe in this location even it is close to center. Not a good area with small kids.
