Vila Intendente - Apartamento 2 Quartos

The property was kinda clean and the whole apartment spacious.

We booked 3 rooms (non refundable)for 2 families (10 people in total)but we ended up using only 2 rooms and book a room in another hotel as the rooms were for 4 people max. I am still ignored by the management that was supposed to give us a partial refund for the 3rd room that we never used (they ignore messages and emails). We noticed ripped bedsheets with chewing gum on it, blocked bath tub and bathroom sink and we had to chase them to get them fixed. The building smells of food (probably cause of restaurants around) and the area is quite rough (homeless asking for money at every corner). Towels were never changed during the 4 days staying. One room had missing hairdryer and the one in the other room had some sort of plastic stuck inside and smelled burnt when on.

Emplacement qui permet de profiter de Lisbonne facilement ( à pieds, en métro, tram, bus) La petite piscine est un vrai plus avec la terrasse sur le toit. Connexion internet, ascenseur Échanges faciles via whatsapp avec l’hôte.

Apartamento muy bonito con todas las comodidades. Muy cerca del centro. Supermercado y restaurantes al lado.

Estacionamento difícil. Precio Premium para un apartamento muy bueno, pero que no es Premium.
