Lisbon Palace Apartment

We really liked the location of the apartment,the parking underneath the building and the amenities offered.The second bathroom really worked for us.Communication with Antonio for the check-in and in one instance when we needed help with the garage’s remote control,was fast and efficient.We would gladly stay there again.

Spacious, clean and great location

No balcony/terrace, despite pictures suggesting this

In the mix, but somehow quiet. Enjoyed The Mill for brunch. Very clean and comfortable. Showers and beds were excellent. Loved the tub after walking around all day.

Google seems to have a difficult time with this address. We had a driver just drop us at a restraunt nearby.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location (once we found it the first time 😊😊). Luisa was very welcoming and gave us all the information we would need. We appreciated the recommendations provided and went to a couple of the local restaurants.

Our only issue was finding it the first day. Even locals on this he street couldn’t figure out the exact location we needed to be. The North Face store would be a good point of reference to use.

Noisy dog next door

The location was great for exploring the old town.

A few basics like salt pepper teabags or instant coffee would have been nice but the supermarket was less than 100 m away

Spacious, clean, quiet but good location, excellent tips from the agent, toilet paper, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided, luxury quality towels, shampoo and body wash provided, lots of coat hangers. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby - the nearest shop also does left luggage which was really useful. The number 28 tram stops right outside.

The pillows could do with replacing, and the water tank / boiler struggled to accommodate showers for all 4 of us straight after each other, which we were advised about on check in so it wasn't a problem.

Great location and very quiet

We really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome we received when picking up the keys at the apartment, and were surprised by how large and comfortable the apartment was given it's fantastic location which is an easy five minute walk to the centre of Chiado with all its restaurants, shops, Metro station, etc., and also being on the Tram 28 route. Despite being so centrally located the apartment is very private and quiet, with views of a large courtyard garden, and it also has the added bonus of having a secure undercover car spot for guests to use. Comfortable beds and very modern appliances throughout make this a perfect place to stay for a few days or more in Lisbon.

A few additional items in the kitchen such as some extra tea towels and some coffee mugs would have been helpful but the lack of these wasn't a major issue.
