The owners were lovely, they own a store below and are super accommodating. The location is excellent and the unit is comfortable with a fridge, hairdryer, washing machine etc which helps.

La casa è confortevole, pulita e soprattutto vicino ai centro. Ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia, la mamma di David super cordiale, grazie.

De locatie is goed. Het appartement is heel klein en donker, maar het heeft wel een inkom, keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer wat voor de prijs een groot pluspunt is.

De communicatie met de host was niet top. Een betere communicatie had ons extra quality time in de stad kunnen bezorgen. In het appartement was een hevige geur van luchtverfrisser waar te nemen, vermoedelijk wegens geurproblemen. De afvoer van de wc en douche was slecht. En 's ochtends zat er een kleine kakkerlak in de douche.

La amabilidad de los dueños y el lugar. Si bien el primer día no estaba convencida, está ubicado cerca de muchísimos puntos de interés, cerca del metro que te conecta con absolutamente todo 🤗 El Barrio a pesar de estar poco iluminado es muy seguro

Hacia un poco de calor, y el ventilador era pequeño, tenía que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Le faltaba un poco de iluminación en general a los ambientes.

Amazing hosts. Victor, Ana & David all went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable & welcome. Fantastic location, walking & close to public transport.

The apartment was compact. Worth noting the bed is very firm if you are particular. We enjoyed our stay.

Not much

Disgusting We arrived at our accommodation and were shown around the apartment. It had a VERY strong air freshener smell. It was overbearing. After a few hours we found out why. The very strong sewerage smell in the bathroom was so overwhelming that I gagged. The owner works downstairs in the shop. I went to tell him and he was going to spray MORE air freshener. He said that this happens. The sewage smell goes through the whole apartment. The noise from the shop goes well into the night ( after 11pm) with loud music and people talking loudly outside the window and drinking. This occurs every night. Overall, I do not recommend staying here and I don’t believe it is a healthy place to stay with the stench of sewerage.

Es ist sauber und die Lage ist super!

Das Bad hat aufgrund der Abwasserrohre extrem gestunken und es gab leider kein Fenster. Das ist zwar nicht etwas was der Vermieter einfach so beheben kann, es stört leider trotzallem sehr. Der Vermieter ist nicht sehr kommunikativ über whats app und man bekommt erst auf Nachfrage und kurz vor Ankunft Infos für den Check In. Trotzallem klappt alles im Nachhinein gut. Man braucht also einfach etwas eigen Initiativen und Geduld.
