Nice apartment in BAIRRO ALTO 6º

The room was as shown in the pictures. Nice location, considering Lisobon. It has everything one needs to sleep over, refresha and enjoy beautiful Lisobon.

As stated in previois comments.

David the host was lovely and responsive to questions prior to arrival and on arrival day as the BOLT transfer driver did not access the road where the apartment was, leaving me to walk about 100 yards up a cobblestreet road. I messaged David and he was at the apartment and walked to meet me and show me the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed including a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove etc and a washing machine and it was helpful that there was a small store in the same street for basic essentials like milk, water etc. David was a lovely host and the apartment location was about a 15 minutes walk into Lisbon and minutes walk to tram and bus stops.

The apartment is in an older building wiithout a lift but David was on hand to help with my suitcase.

The location and the hospitality

The location was excellent, the shop below the apartment was very convenient, and the apartment was clean. The manager is super friendly and helpful!

The street noises were disturbing, and in summer, you need to leave the windows open. There is no AC. Thus, sleep quality is rather poor, so you should prepare earplugs. Additionally, because the building is old located in the older part of the city you can expect extremely large cockroaches in the building and apartment. It was rather a horrifying experience in the night...

Location was very centric and host was a very nice person .. .. value for money pretty good

The bed was not very comfortable.. outside there was a lot of noise from people talking in the stre

1. It had required equipment, including the full kitchen. 2. The sheets were clean and the apartment was clean. 3. Staff were friendly. 4. Location was great.

1. A leakage problem in the building caused the owe er asked us not to use water for around 10 hours. They didn’t offer us an alternative. 2. The apartment could have more privacy. The closet in the bedroom was sharing a wall with the corridor with a very thin wall. The bathroom shares a window with the corridor. 3. The building had cockroaches. We didn’t see any in the apartment though.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment had everything we needed.

The only downside was loud music playing after 10 PM, but overall we had a pleasant stay.
