Imperial apartment 1, 2 e 3

Location was practical

No hot water when I arrived. Was told to wait and someone would sort it out. I informed that there was some hot water. Found out it only lasted 3 minutes. Had to book a hotel for a shower. Next day in the morning hot water did not last a single shower, had to return to hotel. Told hosts about the issue, they went out of their way to tell me that it must be me because everyone else before me was ok. Explained that cleaning lady witnessed the fact there was no hot water. I ended up leaving the apartment and move somewhere else. The host messaged me telling me they went to the apartment and they were incredulous as there was hot water available. I was shocked with behaviour. Not a single time they offer to make reparations, all focus was on making sure I knew it was my fault. If you get to stay at the apartment and see all the notes plastered on the wall explaining to you how you should save power, water and keep the property well taken care because they made a big investment for your comfort. Nothing says comfort more than a place where you have to pay attention to everything and if you have no hot water you should pipe it and deal with it. After all they made a big investment for our comfort. I am sure they don’t even make any money from the apartment. It was all for our comfort. Get rid of all the notes, fix the hot water. If need be raise the prices. It is not the customer job to save your water, your power. We pay to be served and to have comfort away from home. Your investment is for your benefit. You make money by providing a service.

Good location. Clean, spacious and comfortable. 2 apartments side by side are great for families and friends

Did not have microwave or toiletries as described and shown in pictures. The host said the microwave was temporarily unavailable and tried to solve the issue during our stay. The baths were all ok, although there was a written sign regarding hot water supply being shared with other guests/ apartments.

The best we’ve had in Portugal. Better than the pics. 👍👍👍👍👍

Best appointed kitchen ever.

It has everything. Washer, cooker, microwave. Value for the money. Staff was responds to query fast. If you have a car, parking is just infront of the building And it is free. Parking is everywhere. There is nearby shop and bakery.

Keys. Thats my first problem. I am not familiar with eu keys so it is a little bit challenging for me. If u arrive at night, you wont see the house no. Easily.

Good location for town and amenities. Easy parking.

Apt 3 is an attico up 64 stairs. Only light is from 4 skylights without blinds. Bedrooms east facing so woken with sunrise. Very poorly equipped re crockery/glassware & kitchen equipment. Owner suggested we go buy what was needed and send her the bill.

1) The area/neighbourhood around "Rua das Forcas Armadas" is excellent. 2) The manager (Mrs.Francisca) was very polite and was at service 24/7. Excellent.

1) The apartment is at quite high floor (4th) with no lift. 2) The shower head was not of easy use or broken. 3) The light inside of the fridge was not working. 4) The bed mattress had a bad support in one side. The Manager kindly offered all the repairs I've requested at the check in.

Very nice apartment with necessary things to feel like at home. Good price/quality relation. Definetely recommend!

The pillows are a bit not comfortable. I have read the comments beforehand, so I took my pillow with me.

- Bed is broken and pillows have seen better days. We had to purchase our own pillows since we stayed for almost a week. - There’s a sewer stench coming from the bathroom. - 3-4 flights of stairs (no elevator) - especially with luggage
