Imperial apartment 1, 2 e 3

so spacious, very clean, large kitchen, and a great host. go for it without hesitation

it’s in the third floor with no elevator, the stairs are so simple nonetheless

Location

We stayed at the imperial apartment no.1. The pros are that the apartment is in a good quiet neighbourhood, free parking around, always found a place to park near the home. Also it is not far away from Braga center. We stayed here for 5nights However the cons are: 1. The owner does not reply to any of my messages. 2. The smell. The horrible sewers smell in the bathroom. We opened all the windows in the apartment and it still would not go away. There are also neighbours downstairs who smoke quite often so you are in the mix of sewage and cigarette smoke. 3. The bed is broken, you are lying head lower than your legs, the frame is not holding properly. 4. Another thing which is a minor thing, but still. There is a full kitchen however not even a single tea, sugar/salt or oil. It would have been a nice thing which we often see in other bookings, but as I said not a must, but to let you know. 5. The outside door key was not working properly, you always have to play around with it because the lock is pretty old. So each entry to the house is a struggle

Room with AC, Washing Machine, Big Table to work / eat, Calm Location.

WIFI is useless (10 % Signal in all the Flat), we are Remote Workers and booked that flat to prepare ourself for an exam and where not able to do so from the house. IF you are a Remote Worker / Student DONT BOOK THIS. We opened a case for that with Booking and we got 0 % Support. We booked ourself a co-working space for additional costs. No Washing Powder (need to bought by yourself) Not sufficient Dish Cleaning Materials No Cooking Basics, no Oil / Salt or any spices.
