"Nice view from upset stay"

The things worth saving was the well-location, cleanliness and nice view.

No garage included just left a control inside the apartment without information that allowed to to get in to the parking but there was also needed an access card that they didn't provided. The never answered our calls when requesting that card. The deposit was abusive (250 eur).

panoramic view in the morning was awesome; quiet neigborhood; quiet building; clean apartment; clean sheets and towels; had some coffee and tea from the owners; supermercados close by; metro very close;

"Nice location, nice view, poor to nonexistent customer support."

Clean, most of the items where ok, big and nice TV. The view is beautiful

Heating was not working in the middle of the winter, not very happy with this, we have a good cold after this. Host does not do anything about this, only asking for some pictures of the heater, but said that they will send someone. That didn't happen during of our 5 days stay here. After this they charged 27 euros from security deposit for dirty towels ... so customer support from them is poor to nonexistent.

"The worst esperience"

View from the window, availability of necessary things for comfortable stay (capsules for washing machine, etc), free underground parking, large area.

1) Very tired apartment, repair is required 2) Very weak water pressure. There 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, 4 people may live there. But even 2 of us were not able to have showers at the same time. Water was cold and with very week pressure 3) Bad cleaners work before our visit - we found an undefined medicine pill on the table (half of it), very dirty sofa 4) Where are the plugs in sinks? I was seriously afraid of losing my toothbrush there! And I definitely saw someone's chewing gum inside the drain 5) WE HAD NO KEY IN THE APARTMENT. The only one was in a locker outside the door attached to the locker with a chain!!! This means that anyone who knows the locker code could open and close the door from outside! And we were unable to do anything being inside. This is absolutely braking any safety requirements. I was provided with contact persons - Thiago did not answer at all, Margarida first answered me something like "oh that's ok, perhaps previous guest forgot to return the key! You can use the key from a locker, just simply update the code each time you are going out". ARE YOU SERIOUS?! By the way she did not answer how to change the code. That was not obvious. 6) The was an AXE in a wardrobe just right after the door. This really seamed to be a very bad quest performance. 7) Air conditioner was not working and nobody answered me how to switch it on. 8) No one gave us instructions where to park in the underground parking. I've asked FOUR TIMES! Concierge was much more helpful and useful. 9) it is not comfortable when leaving - to pick up car from the parking you need a card and a remote control. Then you have to turn to 22nd floor apartment with locked key to return card and remote control inside the apartment. Well this was really the last experience when I booked apartments but not hotels.

the views were incredible, the space has everything you need and the location, close to the airport and the aquarium were great for our purposes.

It was a little hard to find with the directions given (no description of the building or which door to enter, and the taxi driver also struggled), when we arrived, the security guard made us wait in the lobby as he hadnt received confirmation of our arrival from the company. Despite arriving at the mentioned time, the room wasnt ready yet (we had plans and just dropped our stuff off, but after a long day of travelling it would have been nice to have the room ready at 4pm)...
