The location was great. Exactly what we wanted, outside of the busy city center, with our own dedicated parking spot.

The location near Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre, Orient Bus and Train and Metro Station. The Airport Humberto Delgado is few minutes by car.

Unresponsive or rude property management. Little things like TV remote controls that don’t work. Less than complete instructions about how to enter or leave property makes it a hassle to stay there. Any help you need will be treated as bothersome and annoying. Really easy things became very difficult. Example: I was told to lock keys and garage door opener in the unit at checkout, yet this means you can’t leave the garage with your car since you need the key card to leave the garage. Now I’m complaining to get my security deposit back. Just a big hassle; not worth the price for sure. Better to spend a little more and stay at a professionally run property.

The apartment offers an amazing view, a location within a 10 minute walk of Oriente station (and 10-minute Uber ride to airport), tons of restaurants, Vasco da Gama shopping mall, and the Tagus River. (It's about a 20 minute walk to the amazing Oceanarium & gondola ride). The apartment is also reasonably comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were more comfortable than other places we stayed during our visit. It was also very quiet as the apartment is located on the 22nd floor. It's a nice escape from the chaos of Lisbon.

When we arrived at 16:00, the apartment was still very dirty and someone was inside cleaning it. The apartment was not ready until 17:30. And, though, I believe the woman who cleaned it did her very best, the apartment was still dirty from the last family that was there. There was food on the couch, on the dining room chairs, and dripping down the kitchen cabinets. (We avoided sitting on the couch and I also cleaned for 20 minutes.) There were also tons of child handprints on windows and surfaces. We were also missing necessary items like something to hand wash dishes, something to clean up the food and dirt from furniture, a drain plug for the bathtub. We asked for some of the missing items multiple times and were assured it would be provided. But no one ever came during our 3-night stay. -- This is a corporate operation, check in and problem handling are contactless so you never see anyone, and the hosts and staff members manage many properties. So, it's quite impersonal. Also, please note: There are many steps you will have to go through on check-in day in order to get the code to access the key outside the apartment. This will include things like payment of a damage deposit, payment of a tourist fee, and providing images of your passports. I wish this could have been handled beforehand as it added to our stress that day.

the convertible sofa is on the living room but there are no black outs for the light. we waited 40 minutes to do the check in after the agreed hour. we had requests that the sofa bed was prepared but that wasn’t the case. only one elevator was working (for24 floors)
