"It was ok..for the price it is decent."

Walkable with restaurants and metro nearby. Drawers in closet and bathroom. Drying rack, fan and heater available and working. Shutters on windows to block light and noise. Laundry machine. Good kitchen. That there was a rug and shower mat. Bedside lamp and tables.

Construction going on nearby. Hangout for unsavory characters nearby. For flights of narrow stairs and no elevator. Bathroom shower door not working properly. No soap for laundry or more than 2 small toilet paper left. Bed has dip/hole in middle. Floor uneven and boards coming up. No hooks to hang anything anywhere .. not bedroom or bathroom or living room. No coat rack. No dryer. Dirty stained rug. No bath mat in front of sink in bathroom or small rug at bedside.

Decent location, decent place

They sent me hundreds of useless email, disturbing me month in advance with unnecessary communication but when I told that that the fridge is not working they suddenly went completely silent. The area is sketchy especially at night. Instead of shampoo and batch gel some dishsoap on the bottom of the barrel.

Nu are aer condiționat. Eu am fost intr-o perioada in care erau 35 de grade. Fără aer condiționat, într-un apartament așa de mic, este dezastru.

"CUIDADO, ES UNA ESTAFA"

Absolutamente nada.

Lo primero cuidado, si has reservado este piso, haz todo lo posible para cancelarlo, y para los que estéis mirando NO RESERVÉIS. Es un infierno, la zona toda abandonada, insegura y lo peor, OBRAS DESDE LAS 08:00 HASTA LAS 20:00 SIN PARAR. Nos sentimos estafados, el propietario en ningún momento nos informó de esta inaguantable situación, cuando tenía la obligación de hacerlo. Si no queréis descansar ni estar tranquilos, este es vuestro lugar. No le desearía ni a mi peor enemigo alojarse en este apartamento. Espero que después de esto, la gente no caiga es esta estafa, ya que los próximos meses o años serán así. A fecha 03/08/2025.
