Historical Center Apartments

The location!

I stayed in the T1 apartment and really enjoyed it. The place has 1 bedroom, private bathroom and a living room with the kitchen where you can find all necessary things for a short stay: washing machine and clothes dryer (must have in Açores), stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc. The place is pretty spacious and comfortable. Also it’s right in the heart of the town, super close to the bus stop, shops, restaurants and so on. If you rent a car, you can find a big free parking lot in about 10 min walking. Big thanks to the host! I recommend this place to stay while visiting great São Miguel island :)

Excellent location, very clean and tidy. All together a very nice and comfortable apartment.

A bit noisy especially on Friday and Saturday nights, earplugs recommended.

Apartment was right in the middle of old town & close to everything. Comfortable and well equipped.

Could be a little noisy at night if you wanted somewhere quiet, but didn't keep me awake.

Property was perfectly clean, spacious fully equipped with all we needed.Great location.

The apartment met all our expectations and more! It's located just steps away from the scenic waterfront in the heart of the tourist area. The host has kindly allowed for an early check-in, which made all the difference after taking an overnight flight. It offered comfortable beds and all the basic apartment conveniences, including the washer/dryer, which was very welcome after arriving with a carry-on luggage only. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a suggestion: more lights would be great on the apartment stairwell. We found it dark when getting in late.

The area had a lot of street noise from local homeless? The beds could of been better Had to remove air freshener too strong
