Location the boy positive. Was nothing like the photos. We did not stay and found another apartment online in same area.

Was nothing like photos. Door code did not work and we had to call owner to get another one. Code box very loose. Very small and no air con so was very hot even for mid June stay. Bathroom door got stuck as handle loose on one side. The second bed very small. We stayed for 15mins and left was so dissatisfied. Lost a reasonable amount of money as we planned to stay for 5 days and had to pay for another accommodation.

I liked the location, walking distance to most of the places. The host was very polite and responsive. Clean sheets and towels were provided, which we appreciated.

The kettle was not working. Some areas of the apartment were slightly dusty. The couch in the living area (which is also used as a fifth bed) looked quite worn and had an unpleasant smell. When the couch is used as a bed, there is no seating available in the living area other than the dining chairs. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Our host responds quickly and fix things we asked right away. The location is fantastic, where is in the middle of Alfama and Chiado. Close to supermarket, shops, good restaurants. Rossio tram station is just 2 minutes walk. We are a family of five and live comfortably in the apartment. Great value for money.

The sound from the trafic and cars at night are fine. But it is a little noisy when your upfloor neighour has a small child who is running around 6 o'clock in the morning.

The location is excellent, Ricardo was really nice.

The beds are very uncomfortable.
