La salle de bain est entièrement à refaire. Odeurs de canalisation, moisissures sur le joints, porte de meuble sous évier présentant des dégradations avancées, sèche, serviette en mauvaise état avec un raccordement électrique non conforme. Réfrigérateur avec une odeur désagréable, lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel, évier et mitigeur en mauvais état canapé sale avec des fers qui sortent des coussins dorsaux. Le pire est que le tout est recouvert de couvertures pour cacher la misère. Deux chaises à disposition dont une qui ne tient plus. Le lit pour enfants est un matelas par terre. Climatisation mobile, non précisé sur l’annonce. Prises électrique qui ne tiennent même plus au mur. Rideaux dans la véranda qui ne couvre même pas la baie vitrée. Du coup les voisins peuvent vous voir en face. Odeur dans tout l’appartement. Il n’existe pas de parking gratuit et il faut payer toutes les deux heures 3,20 € entre neuf heures et 19 heures. Ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce puisqu’il est indiqué parking payant ou parking extérieur. Le seul point positif est la literie. J’ai pu dormir correctement. Bref un gros rafraîchissement est à refaire dans cet appartement, il ne faut pas non plus prendre les gens pour des imbéciles! Ce n’est vraiment pas un inLove Apartement!

The location is ok, it was close to what I needed. That is about all I can say that is positive.

I recommend to avoid! -bad communication overall prior to arrival -tried to “suggest” I will need to bring the key to their office halfway across town if I want to leave at 11 as the advertise check out hours. They said that if I leave one hour before at 10 o’clock - Then I can leave the key on the table. -whoever put the photos on booking website had a really good Photoshop artist work on them, or they are from a few years ago -advertise as having air condition while it have a portable machine that I needed to assemble with the tube out the window that can cool only small area of the apartment while making noise that it is impossible to sleep with. -Filthy, moldy, and falling apart toilet had smell of sewage. -very dangerous towel heater with exposed electric wires held up by duct tape -electric outlets falling out of the wall while exposing the wire -very old building. The elevator doesn’t feel safe. It is also very old. The apartment have humidity problems all over. -the windows does not open and close properly -You have only one key, and you need it both to go in and out of the apartment, if I go with the key, my wife cannot leave the apartment even in case of emergency or fire. She is stuck there until I come to rescue her. -overall €170 for this is really a shame. I regret going there and I will never go there again.

Electric plug was hanging out from the wall, the curtain rod fell down from the wall. Is unsafety for kids.

Space was big enough and good for 2 people. Location was good.

We got cut off from warm water one day and at one moment we did not have any water anymore. Cost a full day with a lot of phone calls and messages to fix this.

The location is very good, close to metro stations of three lines and supermarkets. Yet it is calm. Bed is comfortable. The flat has good vibes. The owners are responsive to solve problems during stay.

Kitchen facilities are a bit limited. More glasses and cups would be nice. A few deep plates and salat bowls also.

Good location, accessibility to city infrastructure. The welcome bonus was a pleasant surprise.

The housing does not match the photo and requires a refreshing renovation. It is highly advisable to consider installing an air conditioner and a washing machine, which will greatly help increase comfort. Also, buying new knives, dishes and the availability of detergents will be a plus.
