the check in time is late if we have an early flight it would be good if the luggage can be left in the facility until the room is ready.

Flexibility to storage luggage until time to check in and a human body to greet the customer is preferable and more customer service approach

Great location, clean, spacious, and bright apartment, easy to find and get around. Quiet! Nice to have laundry, dishwasher and kitchen with soap and clean cloth & sponge. AC was important!

Ottima posizione in centro, appartamento molto silenzioso e nuovo che dispone del necessario.

Vengono lasciate delle bustine di sapone per la doccia che sono molto scomode e non vengono fornite in quantità sufficiente per il soggiorno.

Únicamente la ubicación

Cama, muy incómoda, almohadas muy finas. Faltaba limpieza. Cuando llegamos la casa estaba llena de mosquitos. La verdad que lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación porque la calidad de la cama no es buena. A eso se le une que la manguera de la ducha estaba rota.

Great place, super central, clean, large space and all facilities working well. Nice and quiet and easy to check in

Ceilings are angled very low in lots of the apartment, so if you're tall you will probably hit your head a few times like I did. Minor issue overall though as ye whole place was really nice
