FLH Downtown Modern Apartment

Apartment was in a fantastic, central location and very large living space. Great views from all windows as located on fifth floor. Kitchen also well fitted out for self-catering.

This apartment was great! Very quiet and super location! I felt very comfortable here!

I'd say maybe include some cleaning spray and a few more kitchen items like a coffee maker! A real spatula for cooking, making eggs wasn't easy! A bit more attention in the kitchen!

Perfect location in downtown, allowing to easily reach most of Lisbon's attractions. The apartment was clean, quiet and had a huge living room with a sofa bed, in addition to the bed room. No issues checking in or out, despite no staff members being present

The pillows were very soft and a bit uncomfortable. It was also a bit difficult to lock the front door (you had to pull the door up to be able to lock it). The stove was also a bit weird and it would turn off while we were making coffee. However, we didn't ask for help regarding these issues, so it wasn't that big of a deal for us.

Horrible process of preecheck in. The personal was rude and not helpful. They told me that I should go to av. da Liberdade to pay the turistic tax. I received information from Camara Municipal that it is an obligation of the hotel. There was no name of Internet and the password. I had to call for everything. I had to copy and send our passes - what is not allowed. When I want to take a shower I had to be on a knee. Nobody has cleaned the room and changed the towels.
