Unfortunately, it is with great sadness that I am forced to leave such a negative review. I travel all over Europe, but I have never encountered such customer service in my life. We were looking for accommodation for only one night due to a change in vacation plans. After making the reservation, I was inundated with messages from the owners, both via booking and WhatsApp, from several different numbers. I don't know who has time to read all this while on vacation. I provided a "tentative" arrival time. Obviously, when you're on vacation, no one sticks to the exact minute. Then, as requested by the owners, when I was almost there, about 40 minutes, I got up and informed them that we would be arriving. And here was my biggest surprise: I was told to arrive in two hours (I sent the message at 7:30 PM) because the owner would be having dinner! Finally, he provided the self-check-in code, and an employee was supposed to arrive at 9:30 PM to collect our security deposit and check our IDs. He showed up at 11:00 PM, after we were all already asleep. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress on your vacation, avoid this property. I honestly don't recommend it!

"Es kam kein Aufenthalt zur Stande und ich musste am späten Abend adhoc eine andere Unterkunft suchen"

Keine Kommunikation über Booking COM sondern nur über WhatsApp. Aufforderung Kreditkartennummer im voraus für die Kaution zu senden sonst kein Zugang zum Zimmer. Man wollte uns 1,5 Stunden waren lassen, dann wäre jemand um 21:30 vor Ort. Das alles obwohl wir wie vom Vermieter gewünscht rechtzeitg unsere Ankunft mehrfach kommuniziert haben. Man habe zwischen 20:00 und 21:00 Siesta und kann niemanden rein lassen.

Es wäre schön, wenn Booking COM sich von Partner lösen würde, die die einfachsten Regeln nicht befolgen. Da wäre "keinen Aufforderung zur Zahlung via WhatsApp".
