Venho por este meio apresentar queixa formal contra o estabelecimento acima identificado, devido a uma conduta abusiva, ilegal e que configura ilicitude criminal, ocorrida no passado dia 03/06/2026. No dia referido — um dia antes da data contratual estipulada para o fim do alojamento (checkout) — os funcionários e/ou a gerência do hotel introduziram-se no quarto que se encontrava legalmente sob a minha posse, sem qualquer autorização, aviso prévio ou justificação válida.Mais se denuncia que os visados retiraram a totalidade dos meus bens pessoais do interior do alojamento, tendo procedido à devassa e manuseamento da minha bagagem privada (malas). Durante este ato arbitrário, foram deitados diretamente para o lixo diversos bens de consumo que se encontravam no quarto, designadamente géneros alimentares e artigos de higiene pessoal, impossibilitando em definitivo a sua recuperação.Enquadramento Legal e Prejuízos:Esta atuação constitui:Grave Incumprimento Contratual: Violação grosseira dos deveres de hospitalidade, custódia e segurança dos bens do hóspede, previstos na legislação do Turismo e no Código Civil.Ilícito Criminal: Configura, abstratamente, a prática de crime de Introdução em lugar vedado ao público (Artigo 191.º do Código Penal), face à devassa do quarto e malas, e crime de Dano (Artigo 212.º do Código Penal), pela destruição intencional de propriedade alheia.
