I liked Nothing everything was worse than I thought and there was two air conditioning and one of them did not work. It was boiling hot in the room.I was outside the property waiting to find the keys for more than two hour. The number that was on this room was not answering his calls. He said there is a code on the website but that code was wrong and he told us two wrong code until the right one. After coming in at 3.30 And then while my brother was showering the lights went off. Even while showering the whole bathroom fills up with water it’s disgusting. The sofa is burnt and has holes in it. When I slept on it my body started to itch. This is not worth £459 I hated my stay there.

It's a very nice apartment. Taxi to the centre costs about 5-6 euros. The LIDL supermarket can be reached in 7 minutes. I highly recommend visiting the beaches on the Costa de Caparica (taxi from the apartment costs approx. 15 euro). It's not a problem, we'd just like to share this information in case it happens to other guests. The electricity went out while we were preparing breakfast (only the stove and dehumidifier worked). If this happens, just put the fuses in the electrical panel down and raise them back up.

On the day of our arrival we got additional request to pay 20€ more for the tourist tax, although we’ve already paid 20€ 3 day days before our arrival. We got instructions how to get in the appartment, we took the key and the lock was not working. For at least 2 hours we tried to reach someone to help us with the door via Whatsaap and Booking app, but nobody answered. Moreover, we disturbed neighbours because it was late, so she gave us a number and we got to building maintanance company, so we told them what the problem is. All of the neighbours came out and yelled at us. Finally, more than 2 hours later, somebody arrived and told us that she is going to arrange changing of the lock tommorrow. The next day one of us was in the appartment when the locksmith came in the morning. He told that he has to go and buy a new lock and that he’ll be back in half an hour and asked my friend to wait for him. He didn’t come back for 2 hours, so she was stuck in the appartment until 2 pm, so she missed some already paid tours of the city. Then she contacted somebody from booking who said to her to leave the appartment unatended. Besides that the sofa in the living room was really uncomfortable, and the ladder kept falling off. The shower was clogged. And in every corner of the apprtment there was a spider web.

Good setting only minutes walk to Convention/Congress Center and city trolley nearby so easy access to historic center of Lisbon. Bedrooms were good size and full kitchen was provided, unfortunately, very small space for dining or working space...
