I’m calling you but you didn’t not reply me, my son catch the cold because The heater close many time all night because electric drop it I can’t sleep all night I have to wake up and turn on electric And the washing machine is out of order if you have another apartment let me know? I send you the pic and I texted them they don’t say sorry about my son they not give me another appointment and not any refund I so said 😥

Hot water in the shower.

Unfortunately it was disappointing. Wehad problems from the beginning, it took a while to get into the room because the key was not where they told us. The linen was not clean (I asked they to come the next day to bring us another one and towels). The electricity goes out very often, it's moldy. They should change the cleaning woman, because she doesn't do much.
