"Not recommended to anyone. This is old and utensils are also old. No adequate lighting."

Although the apartment is close to Oriente station we had to go to a different place to collect keys. It was really far which took 35-40 min by metro.

Very nice flat with full amenities. Great location near attractions, transportation, shopping mall and airport.

Finding the apartment was tricky. Did not know where to dispose of the trash. Water heater needs to be turned on and off. Communication needs to improve.

Quiet area, good window shutters to block out light.

We were three people, but when we arrived, we found that one of the beds (the pull-out couch) wasn't made. There wasn't even a sheet on the mattress, which is a bare minimum, especially because the mattress was old and not very nice. I didn't appreciate the response of the host, who didn't even apologize and was unhelpful when we couldn't find the bedding. Their response was a link to a website with nice instructional videos but that didn't help us with our problem at all.

Very quiet area and very well located. True value for money!! Looking forward to book it again.

A cockroach was found in the toilet, also the dinning table is damaged, hence why its against the wall otherwise it falls, there's also the living room window that if you open it it can fall on top of you. Apart from that the apartment was spot on.
