The heater from the big room didn’t work and we were very cold the 3 days and I informed of this by message but it wasn’t solution

Peaceful, quiet place. Nice apartment with bath. Close to Oriente station, oceanarium and airport.There is a grocery store nearby. A local restaurant is a couple of houses away. Friendly service at the reception, providing the necessary information and asking to call if something is not understood.

A gas boiler is used for heating the apartment and hot water, which you have to turn on yourself to feel cozy, so when you arrive, the apartments are unwelcoming, you can feel the humidity. I would recommend collecting the city tax together with the accommodation fee and installing a key box at the door of the house, so that you don't have to go from the airport to the city center to get the keys and then drive the same distance to the apartments. The bed was not comfortable as it creaked with every movement.

Check in and key pick up is about 45 minutes away from the flat... means 2 hours in total to spend just for getting the key! VERY UNCONVENIENT! Would be nice to get a clear warning about already during the booking process
