FLH Douro View Luxury Duplex

Very good space - for three people it was perfect and comfortable. Clean, but for the tiny corners. Amazing view of the city and river from the windows. Kitchen very well equiped - we could cook easily whatever we felt like cooking. Comfortabe bed and couch. Very nice that the toilet was separate from the sink and a mirror where you could get ready - saved a lot of time in the morning. We had problems with entering the building but the staff was very accommadating and quickly responding to our calls and messages, then also swiftly send someone over from the technical department when it turned out that the doors lock was stuck. Great service!

It was preety cold. I realize that this is a reality of apartments in Porto in December and we managed, but just did not expect it. The heater was working, but wasn't giving us much. So I would definitely recommend bringing some warm sweater with you if you're coming to Porto in December :) Another thing to take into account is the distance to bigger supermarkets like Pingo Doce - about 20-25 minutes on foot (because it's uphill it takes more time) so not bad for holidays, for us it wasn't really a problem, but it's just something to consider when booking if you prefer/need a supermarket to be closer to your accomodation. There was a smaller shop nearby like 3 minutes max so that could also work.

Limpeza Estava frio face a altura do ano, o ar condicionado só tinha ar fresco, paredes com humidade, casa de banho pouco agradável. Paredes com teias, não foi feita claramente limpeza adequada. Não tinha comando TV como tal não consegui ligar a TV. Foram vários os temas que me obrigou as 23 da noite a mudar de local o que foi muito desagradável.

Zastanawiam się po co zmywarka w kuchni jeśli nie było dostępnych kapsułek do zmywarki, przecież nikt nie podróżuje z kapsułkami. Po co ekspres kapsułkowy w apartamencie jeśli nie ma kapsułek do parzenia kawy, przecież nawet nie wiedziałabym jakie kupić do tego typu kawiarki ??????

The apartment itself is very fancy and comfortable. And the location is also very good. The host is very responsive and instructions were clear and accurate. Worth every penny. The view was more than exceptional, better than I imagined

The bathroom is uncomfortable, the shower door leaks water, and the drain does not flow fast enough

De douche was wat klein en er waren veel mieren te zien die rondliepen.

El baño incómodo y la ducha vertía agua hacia fuera. Un rollo subir las maletas por esas escaleras.
