Modern, spacious, well lit, in a very central location.

Apartment was located on a very steep hill. It is a 5 story walkup. There is only a mini-fridge with no freezer, and no closets or wardrobe to hang clothes.

Host was easy to communicate with and the apartment was clean.

Water was hard to keep in the shower and the bathmat would collect an excessive amount of water. Also, having access to extra sleeping pillows would have been helpful.

Black mould in bathroom, generally significant water damage (some walls, bathroom door, by fridge) Kitchen cleaning supplies turned out to be hidden behind the bin, discovered them on day 3 Some basic oils, pepper and salt would be appreciated: every guest buying these then throwing them out is wasteful and unnecessary Small repairs needed (towel rack in bathroom, bedside lamp head dangling from one screw) River view is also (largely) parking lot view Somewhere to hang clothes and coat hangers would be handy Feather & down pillows pose health risk to guests with allergies — offer synthetic (substitute) pillows; as is, pillows also offer very little support for head and neck As mentioned by other guests, shower door does not fully close so the spillage and mould problem will persist There is one frying pan, of the “stick” variety; do not attempt an omelette or pancakes… Perhaps Feelslikehome can invest in a new one Continuous noise from construction work two metres away on the other side of the street

Lovely apartment with lots of character and space. We have three of us staying and felt very comfortable. Amazing views and great location. Central but quiet.

The check in process could have been smoother. Check in started at 3pm but we didn’t get the details of how to access the process until 3:30pm. They were very apologetic though and were responsive to questions throughout our stay.

Location was ideal for a first time visit to Porto - well situated, quiet street and walking distance from many key sites. A nicely appointed property which hit the spot, an enjoyable stay.

Minor issues with the instructions in the apartment being in conflict with the instructions received by email. Obviously the email instructions were 'in date' but took a while to realise that - maybe simply use the 'in-apartment' instructions to tell guests to read the email for up to date wifi codes etc.

The flies in the room are crazy! And remember to grab the key at the counter which is another different location as the accommodation

Good location close to the city center with nice window view of Gaia and the river.

Check-in shall be simpler and faster. Poor quality internet connection. Apartment most suitable for up to 2 people, since the couch-bed is not very comfortable
