Clean apartment, was well prepared towards our arrival, access information including keys location sent in advance . Fully equipped kitchen, shades on all windows. Booking photos represents well the reality. The apartment is located in close proximity to restaurants and public transportation , excellent bakery at the the ground floor of apartment's building which serves breakfast at 22PLN and more goodies.

Overall no complaints ,all was fine, only two minor comments: The internet was lagging a bit, although a connection to router was stable , probably network provider issue,updated the owner. The 3BR apartment name is slightly confusing ,it's 2BR + living room.

Good location

On booking webpage the information about apartment provides, that there is parking lot possiblity. Before my stay, I asked owner couple of times for the instructions how to find it, no reply. After arrival I called him and to my surprise he told me, that there is no parking available. Flat is average, in old bulding therefore you need to count with smell from sink. Furniture and equipment might be better maintaned and we were quite disappointed with low level of cleanliness. Finally, even during reservation process I ticked that I will need invoice for my stay, after dozens of promises from owner, invoice was not yet provided to me (it is 2 weeks after check-out) and booking´s customer service was not able to help neither. I can just guess, that owner can be missing official registration, that is why he does not want to provide invoice. For this money you can get much better accomodation in great city of Warsaw.
