Location

Expensive, definitely not luxurious and not very clean

The location is great, there's a lot of light in the apartment. Loved the coffee machine and the way the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. The park view was incredible.

The apartment is tiny. It either wasn't meant to be a two-bedroom one entirely, or the idea was poorly executed. There's zero sound proofing between the bedrooms, as in the apartment itself overall. There's also very little space in there, like the door can't even fully be opened. The beds aren't designed to fit two people in a way that's comfortable too. The apartment generally isn't in its best condition, there are stains on the walls and furniture. When we arrived, the handles on both windows in the bedrooms were broken, so we couldn't open them and the air was stuffy. The host said he had no idea, however, it became clear that he simply didn't bother to fix them before some of the guests would have complained about it. It took him almost our entire stay (6 days) to get this fixed, while we forced to sleep in rooms with no fresh air. For the price we payed for our stay it was totally not worth it.

Location was great. Close to Old Town. Walking distance to most of the museums, the Palace of Culture and Science and The Royal Castle, etc. Surprisingly good pizza place directly downstairs, if you need a quick bite. Apartment was clean. Free car parking in the rear, too (just need to collect the gate remote from the safe box first, so you are able to enter). Host was always available to communicate, and answered all questions quickly.

Balcony was a little small. But other than that, everything was perfect.

it was not clean, the balkcony door were broken. in two main bedrooms the windows do not open. The bathroom had bad smell.

When we arrived in Warsaw at around midnight we were secelerly let down by the previous apartment we had booked. Once we found this place Sebastien was really good with us. He allowed us to check in early due to our circumstances. The room was excellent, a very big space fylly kitted out with everything you needed from a frisge freezer to washing machine and tumble dryer. The seperate bedrooms were large and comfortable and the shower was big enough for 3 people.

It's not a critcism in any way but if you are of the larger size like one of our group then the space for the toilet next to the shower was quite small so something to bear in mind.
